ViralVid is an AI-powered platform for creating short-form video content. The Service allows users to create, edit, and export videos using various templates, AI-generated voiceovers, and other features.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Users receive credits based on their subscription tier, which can be used for various features including video exports, AI voice generation, and more.
- Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
- Purchased credit packs do not expire
- Refunds for unused credits are not provided
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs with notice
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ViralVid and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our templates and AI models remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
